product can be returned in the following cases:

1. Incorrect product (unused and in original packaging with all labels and tags included).
2. If you change your mind or order a product by mistake, we will accept a return under the following specific conditions:

   • The packaging must be closed and intact
   • The maximum recovery period is 48 hours from the date the request was created
